Nice job Marika.  I like the simplicity, brevity and clarity of the motion.  I 
have one question though.  Would it be better to make the following change in 
the last resolve clause:  ". . . the call for volunteers to form the Policy & 
Implementation Working Group be initiated no later than 7 days after the 
approval of this motion. . ."?  Normally, 14 days would be fine, but in this 
case, 14 days will take us nearly into August when a large number of people go 
on vacation.  It wouldn't be bad if the call went out in Durban.
