The Policy & Implementation (P&I) leadership team met yesterday and based on
the information below decided that for now we think it is best to meet biweekly
and keep the time the same and also that, if and when we divide into any
subgroups, that in selecting their meeting times we try to better accommodate
participants in the AP and Europe time zones if possible.

All,
Following our call on Wednesday, we reviewed the WG membership and if we have
the locations correct, this is the rough spread of membership with the current
meeting time in local time in brackets:
* 16 WG members in EDT (15.00 local time)
* 8 WG members in CET (or just + / - 1 or 2 hours) (21.00 local time)
* 2 WG members in Australia (6.00 am local time)
* 3 WG membrs in PDT (12.00 local time)
As it is basically impossible to find a time that suits everyone with this
spread, you may want to consider sticking with the currently schedule for a
while (noting that those that questioned the current time from a European
perspective noted that having a call every two weeks at this time would be
acceptable) and then review in a couple of weeks / months whether it remains
doable? Just a suggestion.
