Hello Chuck,

In my view, the letter is a very clear explanation of a complex subject, and a 
thoughtful invitation to the GAC to participate formally.

I have two suggestions for consideration:

1. At the beginning of the numbered points, points 1 and 2 regarding ICANN Core 
Values include examples in parenthesis. The neutral tone of the letter would be 
strengthened by eliminating the examples.

2. Point 5.b refers to "flavors" of policy. This English language descriptor 
might be better understood by all if this point contained either a brief 
explanation of what is meant by "flavors" or a link to earlier discussions 
where this term was first used.

Again, excellent letter.
