Dear All,

Following today's Policy & Implementation Working Group meeting, please take
note of the following action items:
* Please review the proposed work plan documents and provide any input you
may have to the sub-team (see https://community.icann.org/x/qwKMAg).
* Please review the updated version of the GAC outreach letter which
incorporates the suggestions made on the mailing list as well as the call.
If you have any additional comments / edits, please share these by Thursday
17 October 23.59 UTC at the latest .
* A sub-team has been created to start working on the working definitions of
the main terms. If you are interested to participate in this sub-team,
please let me know off-list. Maureen Cubberly will serve as the lead for
this sub-team. Others that have volunteered are Alan, Amr, Michael and
Wolf-Ulrich.
* The F2F Meeting of the PI WG in Buenos Aires will be rescheduled for
Wednesday 20 November from 16.30 ­ 18.00 (absent any other conflicts
emerging). Please let me know off-list whether you are planning to attend in
person, remotely or whether you will not be able to attend.
* The next meeting of the PI Working Group is scheduled for 30 October at
19.00 UTC. The meeting on 13 November will move to 20.00 UTC to factor in
the end of daylight savings in many countries.
