Dear All,

On behalf of the PI Principles sub-team, please find attached for your
review and consideration the proposed Policy & Implementation working
principles. Also attached is a separate document in which the sub-team has
captured some of the items that came up during its deliberations which it
suggests be considered as part of the WG deliberations going forward.

You are encouraged to share any input, edits and/or questions you may have
with the mailing list in advance of the next Policy & Implementation Working
Group meeting which has been scheduled for Wednesday 5 March at 20.00 UTC.
