Dear All,

Following our meeting earlier this week, please find attached the latest
version of the working principles document for review and discussion during
our F2F WG meeting in Singapore. Please note that there are still a couple
of items for further discussion highlighted in the document. You are
encouraged to share this document with your respective groups so that any
input can be reviewed by the WG in Singapore.
