I had the same thought while listening to the EWG WHOIS report and the frequent 
commitments by the Board that nothing will now be done until a PDP is 
completed, and the extensive implementation that will be required.  Some of 
this may be used as a model and also as a Beta test if we can get some of our 
work done before LA.

Looking forward to a lively, positive discussion at our F2F meeting.
