In the GNSO session with the Board yesterday, Cherine Chalaby shared some 
constructive thoughts about implementation.  Afterwards he and I had a brief 
conversation in the hallway about his comments.  I think it would be good to 
seek some input from him down the road when we are looking more directly at 
implementation guidelines.

Another suggestion that came up related to our work was the Expert Working 
Group final report.  That effort may be another one that we should look at to 
get ideas related to policy and implementation even though it hasn’t even 
gotten to the policy development stage yet.
