Dear All:
I have looked at these letters.  I want to thank Chuck, Cheryl, Michael and 
Marika for their hard work.  I think this is a good touch base with the groups 
that provided input.  This, along with the information on the flow charts, 
should let the community know that we are working transparently and are open to 
input from all SOs/AGs/SGs.
I hope others will join me in approving these letters so that we can get them 
out early next week.  
Please remember you have until COB 5 PM PDT on Friday, August 22 to comment.
