Dear All,
One comment regarding the GDD Consensus Policy Implementation Framework is that 
I think it would benefit from citation to the ICANN By-Laws where appropriate.  
 Although not exhaustive, here are two examples:


1.      Section 10. Implementation of Approved Policies

Upon a final decision of the Board adopting the policy, the Board shall, as 
appropriate, give authorization or direction to ICANN staff to work with the 
GNSO Council to create an implementation plan based upon the implementation 
recommendations identified in the Final Report, and to implement the policy. 
The GNSO Council may, but is not required to, direct the creation of an 
implementation review team to assist in implementation of the policy.

2.       Regarding III. I. Third Party Service Providers, the By-Laws contain 
provisions governing expert advice at Article XI-A Section 1 – External Expert 
Advice.

Please find below the proposed agenda for the next Policy & Implementation WG

has moved away from doing work in parallel via sub-teams, we've used word
