Dear All,

Following today's meeting, please find attached for your review the final draft 
of the Initial Report. Note that I've accepted all comments and edits and only 
left those that were made as a result of today's meeting as well as the 
executive summary. I still need to complete the attendance information and will 
do so as soon as I receive the updated log that includes the information from 
today's session.

Any minor edits need to be submitted by Friday 16 January at the latest.
