Greetings All -

I will also agree, to support Jeff as a chair and the words from J.Scott
below.  There has been similar cases in the past where "neutrality"  and
"COI'  has been an issue for a Chair position, specifically when we put a wk
group for IDNs, however, we managed to keep close eye on the 'N 'issue and
chair made sure that line was respected.  As long as Jeff does not mind us
hollaring at him in case he loses sight, then I am ok with it. ( Hi Jeff).
