RE: [gnso-ppsc-pdp] Tweeking of a policy post-implementation

Alan, I am interested in advancing a discussion on this. It was a challenge 
under the earlier PDP, and indeed, it is important to figure out how to 
incorporate this need into the revised PDP process. Perhaps others would be 
interested in participating with Alan and me in a discussion.
