All,

The last two calls have had to be cut early because there have been too few 
participants.  I will be reaching out personally to all of the constituencies 
and the stakeholder groups to see what the issues are in getting people to 
attend.  Also, in accordance with the last call, I will be drafting a note to 
the Council regarding recent attendance (or lack thereof).

WE ARE MEETING ON THURSDAY, APRIL 15TH AT THE NORMAL TIME , SO I EXPECT 
EVERYONE TO ATTEND.
