[gnso-ppsc-pdp] PDP Flow Chart

Dear All,

As discussed in our last meeting, please find posted on the wiki 
(https://st.icann.org/icann-ppsc/index.cgi?pdp_team) a first draft of the flow 
chart of the new PDP. The first flow-chart provides a high level overview of 
the new PDP, while the second flow chart provides the more detailed breakdown 
of the different elements of stage I. If the WT agrees with the approach, 
similar flow charts would be developed for the other stages. Also, once the WT 
has agreed on the recommendations, more details might need to be added / 
changed. Please feel free to share your suggestions or comments on the mailing 
list.
