[gnso-ppsc-pdp] For review - updated version of Initial Report

Dear All,

Please find posted on the wiki 
(https://st.icann.org/icann-ppsc/index.cgi?pdp_team) and updated version of the 
PDP-WT Initial Report. This version includes:


 *   Proposed language for each of the recommendations (see section 1) as 
discussed at our last meeting
 *   Updated introduction, flow chart and new charts for stages III and IV (see 
section 9)

Please note that these edits have not yet been reviewed by any one else but me, 
but due to the limited time available, Jeff agreed to get this send out as soon 
as possible to allow you hopefully enough time to review these sections in time 
for the meeting tomorrow.

Do note that some further updates to the report are required once the 
recommendations in section 1 are agreed upon as these will need to be 
incorporated in the relevant sections in the body of the report as well as the 
flow chart.

In order to meet the publication deadline, I would like to strongly encourage 
you to review sections 1 and 9 and share your edits / comments with the mailing 
list ahead of tomorrow’s call. Based on the feedback received, I hope to 
‘finalize’ the report later on Thursday or Friday so that it can be put out for 
final review to the WT with a deadline for edits of Sunday 30 May so that the 
report can be posted on Monday 31 May.
