[gnso-ppsc-pdp] For review - Draft Final Report
Dear All, Apologies for the delay, but hereby you'll find attached and posted on the wiki (https://st.icann.org/icann-ppsc/index.cgi?pdp_team) a first version of the draft Final Report. Amongst others, this version includes a first draft of the proposed basis for the new Annex A (Chapter 4) and the basis for the proposed PDP Procedure Manual (Chapter 5). The order of the document has been reorganized so that the proposed By-Law Language and the PDP Procedure Manual form the final chapters of the report to form the natural conclusion from the previous chapters which include the different recommendations and conclusions. In order to reduce the overall size of the documents, a number of chapters have been removed and included by reference such as the detailed discussions on the different stages. We've tried to complete the recommendations and conclusions as much as possible, based on recent discussions and review of the public comments, however, there are a number of items highlighted throughout the document and also attached in a separate document here that will require further discussion by the WT. For some of these issues, staff has suggested one or a number of approaches for consideration. Please note that this version has not yet been reviewed by the Chair.
