In preparation for your call later today, please find attached the updated 
outstanding issues document which includes the notes from our last meeting as 
well as the substantial issues identified by Avri in her review of the draft 
Final Report. Also attached is an updated version of the draft Final Report 
which includes the edits and comments submitted by Paul/James and Avri.
