[gnso-ppsc-pdp] Updated outstanding issues document
Dear All, Please find attached the updated version of the outstanding issues document, including the notes / proposed edits from yesterday's call. As a reminder, these are the action items: * Recommendation #31 - WT Agreed Approach: The WT agreed that further details and guidance on how comments should be reviewed as well as which possible tools could be used should be included in the PDPProcedure Manual. The WT also agreed to refer to other applicable recommendations, if appropriate (note: none found). It was suggested that the language from the GNSO Working Group Guidelines might also be appropriate for inclusion in the PDP Manual: Public comments received as a result of a public comment forum held in relation to the activities of the WG should be carefully considered and analyzed. In addition, the WG is encouraged to explain theirrationale for agreeing or disagreeing with the different comments received and, if appropriate, how these will be addressed in the report of the WG. (WT members to review proposed modification to the recommendation). * Section 3 – Translation - WT Agreed Approach: Some expressed concern with relying solely on volunteers for translation. It was proposed to add ‘ICANN should consider the use of volunteers to assist with translation, where appropriate’.
