[gnso-ppsc-pdp] Reminder: For review - updated version of proposed Final Report
As a reminder, especially for those of you that were not on yesterday's call, any substantial issues on the updated version of the proposed Final Report (see attached) will need to be submitted before Thursday's meeting of the PDP WT (14.30 UTC). Any non-substantial issues (typos, etc.) should be submitted at the latest by close of business on Friday 18 February. This version includes all the changes and edits as agreed upon during the discussion of the outstanding items, including additional updates and edits following on from these agreed upon changes in other parts of the document. While updating the report, I've identified the following issues that might require consideration on today's call: * Section 5.8 (page 57 – line 1403-1404) - Elements of WG Charter * Recommendation 13 (page 11 – line 339-347) – Should further clarification be added in relation to the bracketed language? * Suspension of consideration of Issue Report (page 46 – line 1364) - Which voting threshold should apply to such a vote? * Timing of Council recommendations to the Board (page 27) * Executive summary – note that key recommendations have been listed instead of all recommendations in attempt to shorten the executive summary. Should others be added? Is sufficient information provided in the executive summary? * Flow chart – should the flow chart be updated and included in report? * Duration of public comment period following publication of the report For the page and line numbers, please refer to the pdf version of the document, which has also been attached, as the numbering may differ in Word depending on the version you are using.
