 The charter of our group states that we need to operate by Full 
Consensus.&nbsp; I am asking that everyone votes to approve the report as 
accurately representing the views of the PDP-WT and that we approve of the 
report being submitted to the Council.&nbsp; As Avri pointed out on today’s 
call, this does not necessarily mean that you agree completely with every 
single recommendation, but rather that you agree that this report accurate 
represents the compromises struck by the group.&nbsp;
