All, Please note that in the process of developing an overview of the main changes between the Final Report and Updated Final Report (see attached), I discovered a couple of small issues that I have fixed in the updated version of the Updated Final Report posted on the wiki (dated 27 September – see https://community.icann.org/display/gnsoppsc/2.+PDP-WT+Documents+%28Drafts+-+Published%29). These include adding the word 'Final' in section 5.7 of the PDP Manual to clarify that it relates to the Final Issue Report (as discussed by the WT, but which had not been changed yet), adding the language proposed by Alan to section 5.12 Council Deliberation (the language was updated in chapter 3, but not in the PDP Manual) and fixed some issues with numbering in chapter 3. If there are any other items or further clarification that should be added to the overview of the main changes, please let me know. Please indicate by a show of support that you approve this report being forwarded to the Council so that it may act on the report at the next Council meeting (subject of course to an expected deferral one meeting). We must send this to the Council by no later than Wednesday in order to get on the agenda for the October 6th Council meeting. I will recommend that it gets deferred one meeting so that there is time to consider it in Dakar. Given the few amount of changes since the last report which had unanimous consensus, I will take silence as acceptance (but would rather have the affirmative show of support).
