I agree with your revised wording on drawing form the other groups.

 

With respect to the language on the chair, lets discuss during the call.
Personally I believe the chair must be a member of the PPSC (even if
that means adding the person to the PPSC after he or she is elected to
the chair position).

 

We can discuss further.

Dear all,

I agree here with Avri that our language should be more flexible to
reflect the work and role of the WG team. Another thing I would comment
on:
"The BGC-WG recommended that steps be taken immediately to move to a
working group model for future policy development work in the GNSO,
developing appropriate operating principles, rules and procedures and
suggests drawing upon expertise gained from policy development in the
IETF, W3C, RIRs and other organizations."
I am quite skeptical about the last part of this sentence "suggests
drawing upon expertise gained from policy development in the IETF,
W3C,RIPs and other organisations" - although I see the validity of this
statement, these organizations have different sets of goals and thus
have implemented different sets of procedures. Therefore, I would add
here: "and suggests, where appropriate and necessary, drawing upon
expertise...."

i think it is enough to say minimized, i think the 'if not totally
avoided' is problematic overkill

while i agree with the sentimens and he drive, i think we should avoid
such prohibiions - i would prefer to see something like:
