[gnso-ppsc-wg] Meeting in Sydney

Dear All:

Based on our discussions in our meeting today, there was a suggestion that 
those of us here in Sydney have a side meeting to work on the outline for the 
Working Group Operating Guidelines.  To this end, I have asked Ken to send out 
a Doodle poll so that we can see if we can come up with a meeting time for us 
to get together and finish finalizing the outline for the Working Group 
Operating Guidelines.
