Below is the Doodle poll Ken sent around after our meeting yesterday.  As of 
today, I am the only one to have indicated my availability.  If you all are 
serious about meeting in Sydney to finish up the outline for the Operating 
Guidelines document, I need for you all to complete this poll ASAP, so we can
