Attached is a revised "joint" draft work team invitation that the OSC is 
finalizing.  We would like to be able to distribute this jointly with the OSC 
so as to efficiently and broadly encourage community participation in all of 
the work teams.  Please provide any suggested comments or edits by tomorrow 
evening, COB Tuesday 23 December.
