Dear all,
I agree here with Avri that our language should be more flexible to reflect
the work and role of the WG team. Another thing I would comment on:
³The BGC-WG recommended that steps be taken immediately to move to a working
group model for future policy development work in the GNSO, developing
appropriate operating principles, rules and procedures and suggests drawing
upon expertise gained from policy development in the IETF, W3C, RIRs and
other organizations.²
I am quite skeptical about the last part of this sentence ³suggests drawing
upon expertise gained from policy development in the IETF, W3C,RIPs and
other organisations² - although I see the validity of this statement, these
organizations have different sets of goals and thus have implemented
different sets of procedures. Therefore, I would add here: ³and suggests,
where appropriate and necessary, drawing upon expertise....²
