Kent,

The only reason I sent the doc is because for some reason ICANN never
posted it in the Proof of Concept section of the ICANN Website.  I
suppose if it is posted on the ICANN Website, then a link to the group
would suffice.  Either way is ok.

Hi -- this message bounced because it was 4.4 megabytes.  Very large 
messages like this can completely disable email to people who are using
low-bandwidth connections.  [Many ICANN participants have such
restrictions, 
either because of where they live, or because they are in hotels with
only 
dialup access.]

I have temporarily increased the limit, and will try to resend the
message.
