Liz, I support all of the principles in Section 3. I've taken a final sweep through the report and made some changes, most of which were "clean-up" type changes. I did note that the TLD summaries for .eu, .info, and .jobs had not been included so I've inserted them. Attached is the clean copy. I will post the redline separately so the message doesn't get blocked for size reasons.
