I support all of the principles in Section 3.

I've taken a final sweep through the report and made some changes, most
of which were "clean-up" type changes.  I did note that the TLD
summaries for .eu, .info, and .jobs had not been included so I've
inserted them.  

Attached is the clean copy.  I will post the redline separately so the
message doesn't get blocked for size reasons.

section three and let me know ASAP if you support, as an individual, the
proposed recommendations.  I will be closing off the report ASAP to
enable it to be distributed to the GNSO Committee prior to the 7 June
