Agreement (RAA) Drafting Team (DT) call on Monday, August 31 at 1800 UTC.

I would rather not have the meeting until the charter is approved by the
Council. Our workload is so high at the moment that I would prefer to
concentrate only on meetings that can yield an actual concrete result. I
replied to previous charter emails saying I was OK with it. That seems to be
the consensus from the DT. That being so, I would like this charter approved
before looking at the next steps.

Thanks,

Stéphane
