Please find attached an updated version of the Registration Abuse Policies 
Working Group Charter which incorporates and addresses the comments and 
suggestions made by Kristina, James and Greg. For your convenience, I have 
attached both a clean and track changes version. Please indicate whether you 
are OK with this version or whether you have any further comments / suggestions.
