[gnso-rap-dt] RAPWG: action items from 20 July meeting

Dear group:

 

Action items from today's meeting were: 

 

*  Cybersquatting group (Fred,, Mike R., James, Michael Y., Paul, Phil): put
existing material on the wiki and work on it there between now and next
call.  Add exclusions/defenses from UDRP and ACPA so as to note what not
considered cybersquatting. 

* "uniformity in contracts" group: put existing material on the wiki and
work on it there.  Come up with a recommendation for outreach (to registrars
and registries) and research, and propose plan to the list before next call.
Margie Milam to look into availability of translation resources if we need
to get registrar-registrant agreements translated.  

* Malware/botnet control: Rod Rasmussen to work on wiki as able.

* Greg A. to send revised draft of WHOIS note to Council with a deadline for
WG member comment.
