Dear All,

An updated version of the draft Initial Report has been posted on the wiki 
(https://st.icann.org/reg-abuse-wg/) for your review. This version includes 
proposed edits from ICANN staff to chapter 4 with the aim to clarify issues 
surrounding scope, updates discussed on the last call, the materials circulated 
to the list by Rod, Mikey and Martin (please note, I have not included any 
edits in relation to the follow-up discussion that has started on the mailing 
list) as well as some formatting clean-up . Please review this version ahead of 
Monday's call and feel free to share any edits / suggestions on the mailing 
list.
