Dear All,

An updated version of the draft Final Report has been posted on the wiki 
(https://st.icann.org/reg-abuse-wg/) for your review. This version includes the 
edits agreed on previous calls, as well as the proposed edits by Martin (gripe 
sites / cybersquatting) and Berry (alt tld shakedown / fake renewal notices), 
noting that some of these still need to be reviewed by the WG. An introductory 
paragraph has been added to chapter 11 (conclusions), but the rest of this 
chapter can only be finalized following review and a final consensus call on 
the recommendations contained in the report.
