hi all,

here's the latest version of the matrix and the one that you should use to 
evaluate the sequence of the RAP initiatives.

please complete it by noon Friday (US Eastern time -- 1600 UTC).  i'll fold 
together a summary over the weekend and get it to the list before our call next 
Monday.

if you couldn't make the call, check out the MP3 for an explanation of what 
this is all about -- and a fabulous rendition of "happy birthday" in honor of
