Subject: APEC Privacy Framework document
As a follow up action to the call today, here is a link to the APEC
website that includes an available download of the APEC Privacy
Framework. This is a succinct document and I feel it provides a useful
perspective for our thinking about privacy in the context of the Whois
database.

For our sub-group, here is a relevant excerpt from the Definitions
section, 9. personal information:
"This Framework is intended to apply to information about natural living
persons, not legal persons."
