Thanks for alerting us Philip.  But, if we take your suggested approach
for everyone not on the call, we might not accomplish much. I suggest
the following instead: if everyone on the call supports a proposed
change (adding or deleting or modifying words as proposed by you or me
or others), then we make the change with the understanding that anyone
can later oppose it on the list and of course ultimately when the
Council finalizes the work.
