Hi,

I propose the following agenda.

a.  Update from SIC and Policy Staff

b. Review action items

     Q5, Q7/8, Q10, NCA appointments

c. continue work on open items

d. discuss process for completing the work. Possibilities i.a.:

    - work during the week 1-8 June  to complete as much as possible
    - extending 8 June meeting to longer then one hour in order to  
complete as much as possible
    - crafting and publishing several motions that separate bylaws  
change that have consensus, that have rough consensus and that have  
unresolved options
    - discussing rough content of report to be sent from council to  
board after vote.
