Dear Chuck,
Apologies if I was not clear. A total of 133 individuals have begun taking the
survey, but only 76/133 have completed taking it. Westlake has been sending
reminders to those that have not finished the survey and will continue to do so
until the close of the survey. Hopefully, these reminders and the survey
extension will boost the total number of completed surveys.
Regarding the 132 and 133, thanks for catching this error. Quite possibly, when
Westlake was conducting the analysis, only 132 survey takers had begun the
survey but once the graphics were pulled one additional person began taking it.

Thanks Matt. I confused regarding how many have completed the 360 Assessment.
Your first bullet below says "132 surveys have been started with 76 completed
it". The first chart shows 133 responses. Does the 133 count include a bunch
who haven't completed it?

Subject: [gnso-review-dt] UPDATE: 360 Assessment
Dear All,
CALL TO ACTION
Please be sure to participate in the 360
Assessment<https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/GNSOREVIEW360SURVEY> and make your
voice heard! If you have already participated, please encourage others to do
so. Please note, the survey is available in all UN
Languages<https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2-2014-08-05-en> and has been
extended to 17-October-2014 23:59 UTC.
RECENT AND UPCOMING OUTREACH ACTIVITIES
As we continue our efforts to ensure that a diverse and representative group of
people take the survey, the following outreach activities have occurred or are
in planning:
* The Review has been extended through the LA Meeting, it will now close on
17-October-2014 23:59 UTC;
* We continue to tweet<https://twitter.com/hashtag/gnso> and post to
FaceBook<https://www.facebook.com/icannorg> regularly in all UN languages;
* All Policy Staff leads have been contacted and asked if their respective
groups would like an update on the Review during the Los Angeles meeting.
Presently, three groups would like an update on the Review while in Los Angeles
(At-Large, ISPCP, RrSG), but others are in communication;
* Regional Vice Presidents have been contacted and asked to spread the
world in their Regions; and
* Staff continue to work with the Communications Department on additional
means to spreading the word.
If there are any additional outreach efforts that the Working Party would like
to engage in, please let me know and I will be happy to follow up.
