Hi All,

I just wanted to provide you with a quick update on the 360 Supplementary 
Assessment, as well as provide you with the final numbers for the initial 360 
Assessment.

CALL TO ACTION

  *   Please be sure to participate in the 360 Supplementary 
Assessment<https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/GNSO_review_working_group> and inform 
others of it (http://bit.ly/GNSOworkinggroup360).

360 ASSESSMENT CURRENT STATUS

  *   There were in excess of 150 completed responses;
  *   Staff gave nearly 10 presentations to various stakeholder groups during 
ICANN51;
  *   Outreach included a video presentation during the Welcome Ceremony, 
social media support, and most importantly personal outreach by many of you; and
  *   The Westlake team is in the process of aggregating and analyzing all 
responses.

SUPPLEMENTARY ASSESSMENT RECENT AND UPCOMING OUTREACH ACTIVITIES
As we are continuing our efforts to ensure that a diverse and representative 
group of individuals take the Supplementary survey, the following outreach 
activities have occurred or are in planning:

We continue to tweet<https://twitter.com/hashtag/gnso> and post to 
FaceBook<https://www.facebook.com/icannorg> regularly in all UN languages;
  *   All Policy Staff leads have been asked to share the 
Announcement<https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2014-10-27-en> on the 360 
Supplementary Assessment and to ask their Communities to participate; and
  *   Staff continue to work with the Communications Department on additional 
means to spreading the word.

SUPPLEMENTARY ASSESSMENT CURRENT SURVEY PROGRESS

  *   17 surveys have been started;
  *   5 surveys have been completed;
  *   The surveys taken cover the following WG:
     *   Non-PDP: Protection of Red Cross/IOC Names in New gTLDs
     *   PDP: Fast Flux
     *   PDP: Translation and Transliteration of Contact Information
     *   PDP: Protection of IGO and INGO Identifiers in All gTLDs
     *   PDP: Vertical Integration
