Attached please find our draft, for discussion on tomorrow's call. We will endeavor to have the table of recos done when reasonably practical. They are in fairly short form now, though we have several alternatives open for discussion and expert outreach is ongoing. In other words, I am not sure the table would help anyone at moment, and it is almost midnight. :-) I regret I likely cannot make the call until the second hour, but will join as soon as I can. Patrick Jones has graciously agreed to take the Group through the report, which he has drafted in large part, and I hope to join the discussion of it or otherwise will listen to the recording shortly thereafter.
