Thanks for getting this posted. We'll have to clean up a few minor typos in
the next draft, but this should provide plenty of discussion for the whole
WG. I can't take credit for writing the whole draft, this was a
collaborative effort over a number of calls and emails the past two weeks.
We came close to agreement as a subgroup on many of the categories, but
there are a few where categories alternate straw recommendations were
necessary. I hope we can discuss these in the call.
