Thanks Mike.  I fixed it in both places (Table 4.3 and Appendix D).
 
Tim Denton: Please note these edits as well as a font color problem in
the minority statement by Caroline Greer just before Table 4.8 and in
Section C of Appendix I.

        Chuck, you the wrong reco as to single letter TLDs.  In fact it
was specifically read by Tim today on the call, and agreed by all on the
WG.  The subgroup agreed it should say (and Tim read) "Letters:  We
recommend that further work be done to confirm that single letter TLDs
may be released."  Then you recommended a modification that was agreed
by all in the WG:   Letters: We recommend that further work be done to
confirm there are no technical reasons to prohibit single letter TLDs.
