GNSORNWG-FRPDF19Mar07.pdf ColleaguesI have attached for you a PDF version of the Final RN-WG which will be provided in the document pack for Lisbon. I will have this posted to the draft documents section of the GNSO website later today. I have made substantial formatting changes to enable the document to be much more easily read and navigated but I have not done a complete job because all of the documents for Lisbon need to be copied, collated and shipped to Lisbon within the next 24 hours. I have: changed the paper size to A4 inserted corrected page numbers inserted an automated table of contentsinserted a table of figures to facilitate finding information about the recommendations (note that the original table headings have not been changed) inserted a new cover page clarified the status of the document in the footeraltered the style of the document to reflect the standard of documentation within the new TLDs Report as this work, once it's been through the Council, will have to be incorporated into the main body of the Final Report. I will be working with you during the Lisbon meetings to ensure that whatever material makes its way from this Report into the new TLDs report is done as smoothly and carefully as possible -- without wasting a minute! Post Lisbon those templates will be introduced for all our work to standardise presentation, navigation and readability.
