[gnso-rn-wg] Guidelines for using the subgroup report template

A question was raised by Patrick Jones relating to the
Single/2-character name subgroup with regard to how to use the subgroup
report template in cases where a subgroup has multiple categories of
name reservations that are included in their report.  I provided the
following guidelines in that regard; they may be helpful to other
subgroups as well.
 
*       
Maintain the template sections in the 'Supporting Information' section
as provided in the template, with only subsection 1 (background), one
subsection 2 (rationale), etc.
*       
Within each of the four subsections, create one more lower level
subsections for the recommendations; it would look like the following:
 
Supporting Information
 
1. Background
 
(You could insert background information that covers all the
recommendations here as applicable.)
 
1.1 Recommendation One
 
(Insert background info for recommendation one)
 
1.2 Recommendation two
 
(Insert background info for recommendation two)
 
etc.
 
2. Rationale for the Recommendations
 
(Insert general info if any.)
 
2.1 Recommendation One
 
etc.
