The latest version of the Tagged Names Report is attached. The only change
from the version distributed on 25 April is the second recommendation in the
table. It now reads as follows:

"For each IDN gTLD proposed, applicant must provide all of the following for
the proposed top level domain: 1) the "ASCII compatible encoding"  (“A-label”);
2) the “Unicode display form” (“U-label”); 3) the Unicode code point; and 4)
the English translation or transliteration as applicable. For example:

* If the Chinese word for ‘Beijing’ is proposed as a new gTLD, the
applicant would be required to provide: 1) the A-label (xn--1lq90i); 2) the
U-label (北京); 3) the Unicode code point (U+5300, U+4EAC); and 4) the
translation (Beijing).
* If the Japanese word for ‘Tokyo’ is proposed as a new gTLD, the
applicant would be required to provide: 1) the A-label (xn--1lqs71d); 2) the
U-label (東京); 3) the Unicode code point (U+6771, U+4EAC); and 4) the English
translation (Tokyo)."

Note that examples, previously missing, have been added and that requirements
to provide the Unicode code point and English translation/transliteration have
been added. I am still waiting for feedback from IDN experts on this but
wanted to send the revision out to the list so that the report can be approved
in the meeting Thursday. I will forward any feedback received from experts as
soon as I receive it.
