Hello everyone

Please find attached a draft of the final RN WG report.  Chuck and I  
have just spoken and we wanted you to see the structure (not  
necessarily worrying about the content) prior to tonight's meeting.
As soon as the sub group reports are completed, that information will  
be flowed into all the right places.
I am hoping to have this all finalised by COB Monday 14 May.
