        Chuck, unfortunately I will not be able to attend the call today
as I had planned. However, I read and considered the posted reports (and
most recent version of the single/two char report). If there are no
substantive changes to the recommendations during today's call, you may
add my agreement with all recommendations. As I have previously been
given Jon Nevett's proxy, that would include his agreement as well.

                Just to avoid any confusion of which documents are the
most recent and will be used for our last meeting, I have attached them.
Note that all of them were sent individually before, the Single/Two
Character one just a few minutes ago.
                 
                I will be using clean versions of these during our
meeting tomorrow to make any edits agreed to in our meeting.
