[gnso-rrc-a] Draft Initial Report from the RAA Drafting Team
Dear All, Please find attached for your review and consideration a Draft Initial Report on Improvements to the RAA from the RAA Drafting Team. This document reports on both aspects of the Drafting Team's work: (i) development of the Registrant Rights Charter, and (ii) identification of RAA Amendment Topics. The Initial Report should be published by May 31 for consideration at the Brussels meeting. This document is intended to serve as a starting point for the report, and the drafting team is encouraged to submit additional content as appropriate to address issues that may be missing from the draft report. This version is based on the circulated by Steve Metalitz earlier this week in regards to the work of SubTeam B. Please review and provide suggested for revisions by email or in person on our next call. I will ask Gisella to send around a doodle to schedule a call next week to discuss the Initial Report.
